Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING PATHFINDER. BY INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

PathFinder shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, third-party service outages (including Google, Vercel, Supabase, and LemonSqueezy), cyberattacks, or labor disputes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to terminate your account.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PathFinder regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by PathFinder.

22. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
